Is this weekend right for me?

If you are looking for a weekend of adventure - filled with movement, good company and conversation, simplicity and the chance to disconnect from day to day routine -- then, this Retreat is for you. You should be healthy enough to participate in activity, but you do not need to be the best or most experienced runner or yogi - basic fitness and general health makes the perfect fit here. The weekend follows a social pace and that applies to all running, hiking, yoga and outdoor activity -- you set the pace and enjoy the good company.

 

You will leave with a full cup -- lifelong experience, a full heart, and the best of friends.

What to expect at the retreat

A weekend with a relaxed plan - mindful movement and adventure [trail running, hiking and yoga], campfire chats, guest speakers, good company and feel good food and drinks. The weekend is meant to fill the cup between structured activity and intentional free time to soak up the simplicity of Maine and reconnect with the things that drive you. 

Lodging, limited airport transfers [based on group needs], meals and snacks, activities, campfire chats, support from the Retreat leaders and goodies are all included in Retreat cost. Additional activities [i.e. Big Brad Ultra - 50k & 50 Mile], travel, and outside purchases are the responsibility of Retreat guests.

Payment will be due upon Registration. All payment must be remitted via PayPal.

All deposits non-refundable after October 1st.
